I am a 4th year PhD candidate and an NDSEG fellow at GALCIT, advised by Professor Tim Colonius in the Computational and Data-Driven Fluid Dynamics group. I received my M.S. in Aeronautics (2022) and my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with an Aerospace minor (2021) at Caltech.

I develop techniques to model, predict, and control turbulent flows by blending theoretical, numerical, and experimental approaches. Feel free to check out my bio, research summaries, publications, and a photo gallery of my dog.

Check out our preprint analyzing the partitioning of velocity gradients in a broad class of turbulent flows. Also check out our recent paper analyzing velocity gradients in a head-on vortex ring collision.
